Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.
Toilets
Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.
Bathroom vanities
Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

Construction and demolition debris is one of the wastes the county authority landfill is permitted to take, and it is charged at the disposal tipping fee on top of the licence. Clean wood is accepted separately, but particleboard and plywood are excluded from it.
City cost & eligibility
From $41 for minimum charge up to 1,000 pounds at the authority's waste disposal tipping fee, with the per ton rate of 82 dollars applying to larger loads from January 1, 2026. Loads delivered to the Greater Lebanon Refuse Authority landfill by a customer holding a current authority licence, which costs 10 dollars for a residential cash customer on a two year term. Open loads must be tarped.
When & how
Deliver the load during landfill hours, with the incoming gate closing at 3:50 p.m. on weekdays and 11:45 a.m. on Saturdays and every vehicle unloaded and off site by 4 p.m. or noon.
Get it ready
Separate clean wood such as untreated pallets from general debris, because particleboard and plywood carry glue and preservatives and are excluded from the clean wood category, and keep green waste under six inches in diameter if you want the lower green waste treatment. Cover the load with a tarp.
Every customer using the Greater Lebanon Refuse Authority landfill needs a valid licence, issued at the scale house on a two year term. A residential cash customer licence requires current vehicle registration, proof of insurance and a valid driver's licence, and it does not include the tipping fees charged for the load.
The landfill's incoming gate closes at 3:50 p.m. on weekdays and 11:45 a.m. on Saturdays, and every vehicle has to be unloaded and off site by 4 p.m. on weekdays and noon on Saturdays. Open loads of garbage must be covered with a tarp before arrival.

Pricing is per accepted item. A detached door is $99 as a single item, an ordinary toilet is $79, and a small bathroom vanity is $99. Larger vanities have their own choices. Can I get same-day toilet or vanity pickup in Lebanon?+
Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Checkout shows the dates you can choose. Arrange disconnection, removal and the move outside first, then have the fixture ready by the time in your confirmation. We text you before arrival and provide pickup photos when it is done.
Will you disconnect a sink or take a door off its hinges?+

Can I add bags of drywall, tile or other demolition waste?+
Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted. This page offers pickup for the listed doors, toilets and bathroom vanities that are already removed. Do not book loose building materials as household trash bags or as an extra item. Arrange suitable disposal for those materials with your contractor or a debris specialist.
Can a door, toilet and vanity go in the same pickup?+
Yes. Add each listed fixture separately and choose the correct vanity size. Each detached door panel counts as one item. The combined price appears before you book. Keep the fixtures together outside, separate from anything staying, and add a location photo on your order page.
Can I take construction debris to the county landfill?+

Is recycling mandatory in Lebanon?+
Yes. City Ordinance Section 32C Article 930 makes recycling mandatory inside the city limits, on top of Pennsylvania Act 101, and failing to comply can bring a fine. Does the city of Lebanon collect the trash itself?+
No. Removal of all trash and recycling has to be done by a licensed waste hauler, and the list of licensed haulers is kept at the Department of Public Works.
