Washers, dryers and stoves go out with the bulky collection, but a refrigerator, freezer or air conditioner is only collected when the refrigerant has been removed and a certified technician's letter and certificate copy are attached to the unit.
City cost & eligibility
No charge. Appliances ride the bulky collection in the contracted residential garbage service with no city per item charge, while the certified refrigerant removal is the resident's own cost from the technician who performs it.
When & how
Book the technician's refrigerant removal first if the unit holds refrigerant, then set the appliance at the curb with the regular garbage by 7 a.m. on your normal pickup day with the letter and certificate copy attached.
Get it ready
Attach a letter signed by a certified technician confirming the removal of freon and other harmful chemicals, with a copy of the technician's certificate, or the unit will not be collected. Keep the appliance clear of the containers and empty of food and loose items.
Garbage and bulky items go to the curb by 7 a.m. on the pickup day and must not be placed out before 7 p.m. the evening before. Emptied containers come back from the curb by 7 a.m. the day after the collection.
A bulky object goes out with the regular garbage and a separate truck collects it later the same day, so leave the piece at the curb even after the garbage truck has been through.
A refrigerator, freezer or air conditioner is only collected when the harmful chemicals have been removed and a letter signed by a certified technician, with a copy of the certificate, is attached to the unit.

Yes. Add one Washing machine and one Dryer so both units are included in the price. They are separate items, even when you bought them as a set. If yours is a single combined unit or the machines still need to be unstacked, contact us before booking to confirm the scope.
Will you disconnect my appliance or carry it out?+
Dropcurb picks up appliances that are already disconnected and accessible outside at ground level. Arrange uninstallation, utility disconnection and indoor carrying before pickup. Use a qualified professional for gas, hardwired or plumbing connections when needed. We handle loading and haul-away from the outdoor pickup spot.
Can I book if the delivery company did not take my old appliance?+
Yes. Dropcurb pickup is separate from buying or installing a replacement, so you can book removal on its own. Select the old appliance, choose a pickup day and arrange for it to be disconnected and accessible outside. If your new delivery is still ahead, confirm the retailer’s haul-away arrangements before booking a separate pickup.
What has to happen before a refrigerator goes to the curb in Euless?+
