$24.4 for the monthly residential solid waste and recycling rate, which includes collection of bulk waste such as appliances. Coppell single family households served by Republic Services, with the freon removal performed and documented by a certified technician before the unit is set out.
When & how

Get it ready
Secure the doors and drum, keep the unit within the bulk limit, and do not set a refrigerator, freezer or air conditioner out until it is tagged as freon removed, because Republic Services will not collect it otherwise.
Trash and bulk are collected Monday and Thursday and recycling and yard trimmings on Wednesday, with everything at the end of the driveway before 7 a.m. Beginning October 1, 2026 trash stays twice weekly, recycling and yard waste stay weekly, and bulk moves to a once a week Thursday collection with up to 4 cubic yards allowed per pickup.
A residential customer may set out up to 10 bags of solid waste per service day and each bag must weigh under 40 pounds, while bulk waste such as furniture or a swing set may not exceed 2 cubic yards per collection until the Thursday bulk collection begins with its 4 cubic yard limit.
Republic Services will not collect a refrigerator that still contains freon unless a certified technician has removed the freon and tagged the unit as freon removed, after which the unit is collected as bulk waste.
